A Huge Vaginal Stone with The Urethrovaginal and Urethrocutaneous Fistulas

Abstract
A primary vaginal stone has been rarely reported since Balban had reported the first case of calculus occurring in a vaginal cystocele on 1900.
In a case of 34 year old unmarried woman who had the urethrovaginal and urethrocutaneous fistulas formed by the fracture of pelvic bone we found and removed a huge vaginal stone of 520 gm in weight, and we think that this stone was formed in vaginal by the saturation of urinary inorganic salts around the coagulated menstural blood.
Now, a case of vaginal stone is reported with the review of literatures of the vaginal stones.
